One of the secrets of business travel is to schedule a bit of down time to enjoy the area you’re visiting. During this visit to San Francisco, we had an afternoon between XDS Ignite and GDC so we rented a car, drove up to Muir Woods, and enjoyed some green therapy among the giant redwoods. After dinner in Sausalito, we stopped at the Marin headlands to photograph the Golden Gate Bridge at night. I lived in the Bay Area for over five years, returned numerous times on business and vacation, and this was the first time I photographed that particular view of the bridge. What a treat! Even during the busy days, I managed to snap some photos as I walked between meetings and events.
Now that I’m back in the land of winter (ugh!), I can do a little bit of Bay Area dreamin’ as I’m reviewing and editing the photos for this gallery.
Enjoy!
